By the end of March, I will have flown in and out of 5 different cities in a span of 2 months! That’s the most back-to-back travel I’ve ever done in such a short span of time. While traveling is exciting, it can take a toll on your body if you’re not careful. Especially if you’re flying, you’re more prone to catching a virus since you’re trapped in a metal tube of canned air that’s definitely chilling with germs and bacteria. I’m doing everything I can to stay healthy, so here’s what has been working for me SO FAR!
Just in the past two months I’ve traveled to Arizona, Florida, Texas, Kentucky, and now I’m off to LA and then back home to Kentucky again for the holidays. Side note: I should reeeally figure out how frequent flyer miles work, haha. Since travel is becoming such an integral part of my job, I’ve learned to find sustainable ways to adapt my healthy lifestyle while on the road. That way my body won’t crash and burn every time I’m on an airplane (figuratively speaking, let’s hope).
Where do I even begin?! Bali was unbelievable! It is going to be mighty difficult to squeeze all of my tips into one blog post, but I will give it my all to share with you the BEST Bali Travel Guide my brain can assemble! I know there are quite a lot of you planning trips to Bali this year (woo!), so I hope you find this travel guide extremely helpful, and it gets you super excited for your trip! If there is anything I missed, please email me directly, and we can chat it out.
Photo Details: Airplane Outfit c/o of In Flow Style & Suitcase c/o Away (I love this suitcase so much, and I recommend it to everyone.) Hello from Bali!!! Wow, guys – It is absolutely beautiful here! I’m floored by this beautiful country, the kindness of strangers, and THE FOOD. That’s another blog post entirely. I’m currently writing this whilst sitting outside at Zoe Villa Cafe in Canggu. We’ve been here for a week already, and I missed writing, so I wanted to go ahead and share our flight experience with you.
Do you ever have so many things you want to say, but you end up not saying a word, because you’re not sure where to begin? That’s how it has been for me this past week. I’ve harbored so many thoughts and ideas since my trip to the funky cool Austin, TX. Although, I’m still struggling to sort out my thoughts, I figured writing this blog post would be a good place to start.
Ecuador. Ecuador. Ecuador. Oh, how I love thee. After spending some time in Colombia and Nicaragua, I knew I had to make my way through this beautiful, earthy and mountainous country. I’ve been longing to travel here for a few years now, so it feels unbelievable to finally say ‘I DID EET!’ I didn’t do it alone, though – I traveled with my lovely boyfriend Andrew, who I am so thankful for. We travel to foreign countries very well together, so I feel pretty lucky.
