^ Art installation by Benjamin Shine I had the most amazing time at MindBodyGreen’s Revitalize conference in Arizona! There is so much that happened that I can’t really put into words, but I’ll do my best attempt. First, I’d like to give a shoutout to the team at Kohl’s – Kohl’s so generously sponsored my trip and provided my workout wardrobe for the entire weekend. You can find my outfit details scattered throughout this post.
Photo by Victoria Morris We’ve all heard the phrase, “live your best life”. I love this sentiment, so I wanted to piggy back off of that and help turn this saying into something actionable. There are 5 healthy habits I’ve recently picked up, and I must share with you how life-changing it has been. They say it takes 3-4 weeks to make a habit stick, so let’s take these steps together into a happier, healthier, and more productive life!
Ahhh, here goes nothing! I am so excited (and nervous), but beyond ecstatic to share with you my official Om & The City YOUTUBE Channel! This has been on my wish list for quite awhile, but I finally carved out the time and figured if not now, when? So, cheers to finally doing the damn thing!
Why hello there, New Yorkers! I’m so stoked to be hosting a FULL MOON GATHERING in a few short weeks! This has been on my wish list since I experienced my very first full moon ceremony back in Nicaragua. It was such a mystical experience, and I wanted to bring some of the magic into my own little event! Spots are limited, so snag a ticket here.
Hi my little loves! And hello there new readers! Thanks to a repost from @liketoknow.it, I’m experiencing a growth spike, and I have to say it feels amazing to have my content reach an even wider audience now. I love connecting with each and every one of you, so if you’re new here, let me re-introduce myself:
Has it seriously already been 3 years since I launched Om & The City? I cannot imagine life without this space, and I feel very blessed to have started blogging back when I did, because it helped me cope with so much. Om & The City started out as a creative avenue for me to share my wellness knowledge with the small group I acquired through guest blogging for Your Zen Life. Flash forward 3 years, and it has evolved into a little business, but with the same integrity as it did when I first started.
